An exclusive, limited-production cuvée from the estate, born from a white clay soil exceptionally rare in Chinon. This unique terroir gives rise to a wine with a silky texture and vibrant minerality—the most intimate expression of our pursuit of elegance and precision.
Technical Sheet:
- Parcel:25 ha
- Grape Variety: Chenin Blanc
- Soil: White clay
- High density planting: 8,000 vines per hectare
- Viticulture: Biodynamic and manual harvest
- Pruning style: Gobelet (bush vine)
- Winemaking: Whole-cluster pressing and direct racking into new barrels for a 3-month fermentation.
- Aging: Bottled the following year, after 12 months of aging.
- Production: 600 bottles
