In the lineage of the finest white wines of the Loire Valley, Clos Blanc de Pallus confirms Chinon’s place among the great terroirs for Chenin Blanc. This cuvée magnifies this exceptional grape variety, revealed here through a finely chiseled, limestone-driven expression.
Originating from a new parcel planted in 2021, it expresses the direct freshness and energy of limestone. A finely chiseled, delicately floral cuvée, aged in barrels to preserve its tension and purity.

- High density planting: 8,000 vines per hectare

- Winemaking: Whole-cluster pressing and direct racking into used barrels for a 3-month fermentation.
- Bottling: The following year, after 12 months of aging.
